LoCo Science Web Order Return Policy

The Broad Strokes:

• All Sales Are Final!
• Any product replacements, returns, or refunds are at the sole discretion of LoCo Science and may result in a restocking fee of up to 30%.
• Any authorized replacement, return, or refund does not negate this policy.

More Specifically:

LoCo Science good which can be generally placed into three categories.  These categories have different policies as outlined below.

LoCo Science Items

• 30 Day Refund Policy (Items must be unused and in like new condition.)
• 30 Day Warranty.
• Easy Exchange Policy (Items must be unused and in like new condition.)
• Buyer Pays Return Shipping On Exchanges & Refunds unless due to LoCo Science error.

Non-LoCo Science Items

• LoCo Science is an authorized reseller of each item on our site. Our buyers receive the full manufacturer’s warranty on their purchase.  All warranty registration/support/exchanges must be obtained by the customer directly from the manufacturer.
• If LoCo Science chooses to allow a return of a non-LoCo Science item the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee which will vary by return but may be as high as 30%

Consumables

• No consumable item will be considered for return or exchange if the outer packaging has been opened or damaged in way. No exceptions.
• Liquids and powders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
• All Gaskets are consumables and cannot be considered for return after sale.

Refund Process

Upon approval of a return we will issue Return Authorization number.  This number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your returned items’ packaging.  No package will be accepted without this number .

Upon receiving your item we will inspect it to ensure compliance with our return policy.  You will receive an email with our decision as to whether or not your return is approved.

Upon approval a refund will be immediately issued via your original payment method and you will receive email notification from us of your return status.  This credit may take several days to reflect on your account.   Please be patient!  After we send the refund the rest of this process is out of our control.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: LoCo Science, 3990 Broadway, Eureka, CA, 95503, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the reason for return is error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for items which are lost in shipment!!
