The 1.5" RubberFab FKM Fluoroelastomer Gasket is made from the same fluoro rubber as its brand specific peer, Viton®. These gaskets provide the benefits of a being able to maintain environments throughout a sizeable temperature range (-20°F - 400°F), appropriate for environments requiring high acid resistance, and are in compliance with FDA CFR 21, 177.2600, U.S. Pharmacopeia Class VI Certification, USDA Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, Cytotoxicity Criteria, USDA and 3-A Sanitary Standards, ASME-BPE Standards for Type I and Type II, ADI Free® (Animal Derived Ingredient Free), and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).
The FKM Fluoroelastomer Tri-Clamp Gasket is not highly resistant to strong bases nor recommended for environments containing continuous SIP (steam in place) procedures.
For any use of these gaskets, the service life must considered. Consider implementing a thorough preventative maintenance schedule to prolong the service life and minimize degradation of the gasket.

Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns on orders over $250 are subject to a 25% restocking fee.Contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number, write it on the outside of the package, and ship it to:

You pay return shipping unless we made a mistake or it's a warranty issue. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gaskets, centering rings, O-rings and vacuum grease can only be returned if they're still sealed.
We'll include a prepaid return label in your new order's package.
Send the original part back using that label for a refund. Return shipping is on us.
