One of these 1.5" Clamp Replacement Bolts is the solution for a tight-fitted seal. These bolts work with stainless steel and brass nuts in Tri-Clamp fitting connections. The replacement nut is made to withstand high-pressure environments and fluctuating temperatures.
Prevent galling and don’t over-tightening the nut onto the bolt. Galling is a “cold weld” that is very difficult to remove. Always lubricate your bolts when threading a nut to prevent galling.

Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns on orders over $250 are subject to a 25% restocking fee.Contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number, write it on the outside of the package, and ship it to:

You pay return shipping unless we made a mistake or it's a warranty issue. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gaskets, centering rings, O-rings and vacuum grease can only be returned if they're still sealed.
We'll include a prepaid return label in your new order's package.
Send the original part back using that label for a refund. Return shipping is on us.
