Recommended Use of Apiezon Wax W
Apiezon Wax W is a go to wax for most solutions. It offers capability over a wide range of temperatures, effective sealant for joints, resistant to both acids and alkalis, a low vapor pressure, water resistance, and a low cost in the 1kg block.
The stick form of Wax W offers a faster and more convenient application process. It is recommended to heat at the site of application just prior to use with a Bunsen burner or any available heat source.

Refund Policy
Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns on orders over $250 are subject to a 25% restocking fee.Contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number, write it on the outside of the package, and ship it to:

You pay return shipping unless we made a mistake or it's a warranty issue. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gaskets, centering rings, O-rings and vacuum grease can only be returned if they're still sealed.
We'll include a prepaid return label in your new order's package.
Send the original part back using that label for a refund. Return shipping is on us.
The original part must be unused and in its original packaging. No restocking fee on exchanges.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
