KF bellows are flexible 304 stainless steel vacuum hoses with a KF flange on each end. They connect pumps, chambers and fittings that don't line up exactly, and reduce vibration between a pump and the rest of the system. LoCo Science carries bellows in KF-16, KF-25 and KF-40 from 100 mm to 2500 mm, and KF-50 from 100 mm to 1000 mm, measured flange to flange. Each one is helium leak tested for maximum performance.
Which KF bellows do I need?
- Find your flange size: Measure the outside diameter of your flange and compare it to our KF flange size chart, or check the size marked on your equipment.
- Bridge a short gap or small misalignment: 100 mm or 300 mm.
- Make a longer run: 500 mm, 1000 mm or 2500 mm (KF-50 up to 1000 mm).
- Connect each end: One clamp and centering ring set of the same size per end, so two per bellows.
