Returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns over $250 are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number, write it on the outside of the package, and ship it to:

You pay return shipping unless we made a mistake or it's a warranty issue. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gaskets, centering rings and O-rings can be returned if they're unused and in their original bag, even if the bag has been opened. Vacuum grease must be unused.

Easy Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Here's how to swap it:

  1. Contact us and tell us what you need to exchange.
  2. Order the correct part on our website.
  3. We'll include a prepaid return label in your new order's package.
  4. Send the original part back using that label for a refund. Return shipping is on us.

The original part must be unused and in its original packaging. No restocking fee on exchanges.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Other Brands

Items from other manufacturers follow the same return rules and carry the full manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer directly.
