Same Day Shipping Cut-Off: 1 PM Pacific
(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Free standard shipping on orders over $20 to the contiguous U.S. Orders under $20 ship for a flat $6.95.

LoCo's free standard shipping uses either UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated transit times do not include weekends or holidays. They are not guaranteed and can vary. If you need a definite delivery date, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii & Canada

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada are not eligible for free shipping. These orders pay the actual shipping cost, which is calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 1 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays when we're closed ship the next business day.

All available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout, and you're free to choose any of them.

Shipping Charge Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable, with one exception. UPS and FedEx guarantee delivery dates only on Next Day Air services, so those are the only shipments we can request a refund on. If a Next Day Air delivery arrives late, contact our customer service team and we'll file a claim with the carrier for you. All refund decisions are made by the carrier, and if a refund is approved we'll pass it along to you.
